Pricing questions
What counts as one analysis?
One analysis is one bank statement run through MetrikData — extraction, stacking detection, burden, NSF, and the full report. A merchant with three monthly statements uses three analyses.
Why isn't API on Starter?
API access starts on Pro. The detection engine is the core of the product, so programmatic access is reserved for plans where it's used inside your own workflow rather than resold.
How does API billing work?
API is usage-based, billed per statement on top of your Pro or Team subscription. Rates step down automatically as monthly volume grows. Reach out and we'll set pricing that fits your volume.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Buy top-up packs (20 statements for $40) that stack on your plan and don't expire while your subscription is active, or move up a tier for a lower per-statement rate.
Does MetrikData make the funding decision?
No. MetrikData surfaces the numbers and the evidence behind them — it never approves, declines, or sizes an advance. The underwriting decision always stays with you.
